Parcel/Case orders are processed and shipped by the marketplace seller within 2 business days of the order date.
For pallet shipments, freight pickup will be scheduled within 2 business days of your order date. Please be advised that while we do guarantee the scheduling of freight within 2 business days, the actual pickup date for a pallet shipment can vary based on the schedule and availability of the carrier.
An email notification will be sent from email@example.com as soon as your order has been marked as shipped by the marketplace seller. For freight orders, you'll receive an email when freight has been scheduled and another once the pallet has been collected by the carrier.
Once your order has shipped with the carrier, transit time for parcel/case shipments is typically 3-5 business days. For freight shipments, there can be longer shipping times depending on the destination and the carrier. We try our best to find the best possible rates for our buyers and that can sometimes mean longer shipping times. However, we will communicate with you every step of the way if there are any delays.
To track your order, simply navigate to the 'Orders' tab within your Source account dashboard and click on the order. There, you'll find tracking and carrier information.
